Spinal Injury Support Worker (Nights)

Location: Llandudno, Wales
Night Shift:8pm-8am

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone’s life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a very independent young man who loves cars and travelling. You’ll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, and offering companionship.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
• Assisting with the client's clinical needs. 
• Encouraging independence and skill-building
• Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
• Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in supporting individuals with spinal injury 
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
