    About the Opportunity:
    Are you an experienced clinical professional with a passion for education and workforce development? At Sonderwell, we’re seeking a dedicated Regional Clinical Educator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing care standards across the Midlands, Northeast, and Northwest England.

    You’ll work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that empower clinical and non-clinical staff. This is a unique opportunity to blend your clinical expertise with teaching, coaching, and leadership responsibilities to ensure our workforce delivers the highest quality of care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide a variety of learning opportunities, including face-to-face sessions, e-learning, and blended learning to meet staff needs.
    • Plan, design, and deliver training programs, including mandatory, bespoke, and specialised training.
    • Manage and update classroom bookings and attendance through the LMS.
    • Analyse learning needs and develop training plans to address workforce gaps.
    • Conduct training needs analyses and competency assessments.
    • Support and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff to promote a positive learning environment.
    • Evaluate learning programs and maintain accurate training records.
    • Review and advise on clinical training venues and equipment requirements.
    • Promote best practices through effective induction, assessment, and training.

       

      The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Registered Clinical Professional degree or equivalent experience with current registration and significant experience.
    • Proven experience in a clinical role within specialist healthcare.
    • Strong teaching, assessment, and supervisory skills.
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles, competency assessments, and evidence-based practice.
    • Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive innovation and change.
    • Strong IT proficiency and research skills.
    • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the region.

       

      In return, we are offering:

    • Salary up to £50,000.00 per annum with a £5000 car allowance.

    Hours of Work:
