About The Role
Sonderwell are recruiting for a Support Worker to work with young people within supported living. We are looking for someone who is a passionate and eager to join our strong team and is able to provide first class care to young people that promotes independence.

Taking on a role as a support worker and displaying responsibility for young people, you will present positive and encourage role modelling, allowing them to strengthen their trust and build strong relationships.

As a support worker, you will follow a specific Behaviour Management Plan and Care Plan to safeguard our young people. You will help to inspire and encourage them in behaving in a respectful, and appropriate manner.

This is an exciting opportunity that is on a temporary to permanent basis and can offer up to 70 hours per week!

Your responsibilities as a support worker are completely varied but here are just a few:

Assure all young people are safeguarded.

All young people are listened to.

Encourage and motivate young people to participate in group activities.

Enhancing the ability to build positive relationships with young people we care for.

Write clear and detailed follow up reports.

Accommodate to the young person's needs, self-reliance and living to look after their emotional and physical wellbeing.
