Sonderwell Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for waking night Support workers to provide support and care to adults and young people with a variety of learning disabilities and support needs. This may include:
- Learning Disabilities
- Physical Disabilities
- Mental Health Difficulties
- Autism
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Sensory Impairment
- Dementia
- Drug and/or alcohol problems
As a support worker your night may include, helping to support social activities, day to day care with household chores, promoting independence, encouraging support, companionship ,evening routines, daily reports, these are just a few of the duties that are involved.
You will also be helping to support people to lead the lives the way they choose, by supporting the independence they deserve, its about who you are and what other experience and abilities you can offer to support the individual's needs.
